Lillie M Jones/CEO

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FemPro, Incorporation is a highly skilled, result-driven  executive  with over 30 years of leadership and management experience  supporting projects across the  government and private sector.  Her keys for success are based on providing quality and quantitative services resulting in satisfied customer relationships, being an excellent communicator, and having a passion for developing people.

Her career path has taken various areas of IT services.  It began with Management Information Systems (MIS) at a major corporation and progressed to Software Development (SDLC), AGILE, Cybersecurity, Project Management, and Program Management to name a few.

In her role as Program Manager, Lillie was the primary face to the clients and was responsible for the overall contract performance. She strategized high-level initiatives and coordinated cross-project activities ensuring that the work was in compliance with the contract.  She worked closely with company executives to develop budgets and proposals,  identify potential risks, and recommend solutions.

Her dedication and zeal for balancing business requirements and decisions has also made her a successful entrepreneur.   Her expertise in logistics and transportation resulted in winning the Atlanta Business Leadership (ABL) of the year  award.

Lillie holds a Bachelor of Science degree  in Computer Science, minor in Business Administration. She holds numerous certifications in Systems Implementation and  Project Management Profession (PMP).

Jacqueline Hodges /COO

Jacqueline, Chief Officer of Operations, is a highly skilled IT professional with over 25 years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). She has successfully served as a Solution Architect and Project Leader, working closely with Cyber Offices and Project Owners to develop efficient business solutions. With expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Jacqueline’s wide-ranging knowledge of software languages, from legacy systems to modernizations, has been a contributing factor in her ability to complete projects on time and within budget.

In addition to her technical skills, Jacqueline holds a number of vendor certifications, including Project Plus, ITIL, Certified Software Testing, and Cyber Security. Her strong analytical and critical thinking skills have made her a valuable player in the industry. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Management Science, which has provided her with a solid foundation for her professional pursuits.

Dr. LaShonda L. Hall /CIO.CMO

Dr. LaShonda Hall, DrPH, is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at FemPro, Incorporation. As CIO and CMO, Hall works to drive innovation initiatives that improve client experiences while implementing novel ideas that align with FemPro’s mission. She sets the platform for success by establishing a cultural and competent framework, leveraging her analytical skills within the organization.

For the past 17+ years, she has worked as a highly skilled public health and research professional for both community-based and government sectors. Most of her duties involve project strategy, including organizational system planning and facilitation of cross-sector collaborations in project development and implementation, evaluation and monitoring across domestic academic institutions, community-based organizations, and state- and- federal-level government health-related entities, as well as outcome/ data analysis.

Once a government contractor herself, Dr. Hall understands the most essential construction traits needed to succeed—allowing her to relate to our clients and provide insight to help them develop and thrive within their area of choice.

 Hall obtained her DrPH and MPH from Walden University. She received her Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in psychology from the University of West Georgia. She served on many public health councils and committees as a professional. She is an author/co-author of several journal and abstract publications on infectious disease prevention and COVID-19 emergency preparedness.

Aldrena Hall /CFO

Aldrena Hall is a detailed-oriented CFO with over 30 years of navigating financial growth through extensive financial planning and cost-cutting initiatives.  As CFO, she is distinguished by her high-level of financial and operational experiences.  Her forward-looking strategy has helped drive the decision-making process and positioned companies to achieve their financial goals.

As a member of the Corporate Management Team, Aldrena was passionate about her role as a strategic-partner of operations helping to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement, productivity, increase efficiencies, resolve issues, and mitigate risk to customers. She served on the Site Strategic Leadership Team, responsible for designing, delivering, and managing effective change management programs for organizational changes impacting over 350 employees.

Aldrena project management experience includes leading the implementation of SAP, PeopleSoft, and Kronos. She worked with external companies to manage all aspects of the project life cycle to facilitate successful Site implementation including the development and overseeing detailed project plans, implementation, testing, maintenance, and training. In addition, she has led Site computer/domain migration projects, centralization and outsourcing projects, and labor reduction projects.

Aldrena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Colorado Technical University, Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, and is a certified grant writer.
